Resurrection with Pumpkin Cobbler

This blog went to an early grave 2 years ago, but I am hoping to resurrect it because everyone loves getting new recipes! Since it's Fall, I have a yummy pumpkin recipe from a good friend. Pumpkin Cobbler! It's delicious!

1         29 oz. can pumpkin
3         eggs        
3         t. pumpkin pie spice
1         c. sugar
1         c. evaporated milk
½         t. salt
1         t. vanilla
1         box yellow cake mix
1         c. margarine/butter

Mix the first 6 ingredient and put in 9X13” pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix on top.
Melt margarine/butter and pour on top.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
