I got a recipe organizer computer program for Christmas and it has been fun to type in all my recipes. As I come to some of them, I think, YUM, I haven't made this in awhile. This is one of my favorites.

PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH BROWNIES

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
6 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups crispy rice cereal

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in flour, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Spread marshmallow cream over cooled brownies. In a small saucepan over low heat (or in microwave), melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill one hour before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
YUMMY
