SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN (Daniel's favorite)

6 - 8 skinned chicken thighs
1/2 bottle Russian dressing (about 1 cup)
1/2 bottle apricot jam (about 1/2 to 1 cup)
1 packet onion soup mix

Set chicken in crockpot. Pour other ingredients over chicken. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Serve over rice or couscous. (The beauty of this recipe is that you don't really need to measure the dressing or the jam, just pour it in and it turns out great!)

I make this ALL the time! It's so easy since all the ingredients can be stored in food storage and the chicken can be frozen. P.S. I got this site link from a friend and you have some great recipes! I'm trying to do a healthy summer, so I'll stear clear from the Homemade Oreos and Samoas for now, but they are great!
