6 eggs
1 c. flour
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1 c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt; beat until fluffy and smooth. Put 2 tbsp. butter in each of two pie pans; as oven preheats. Pour half of batter in each pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min. Serve with syrup, warm jam or fruit.
