Chocolate Rolo Cookies

1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Butter
2 1/2 C Flour
3/4 C Cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
4-8 rolos

Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar together (cream together well).
Add vanilla and eggs (mix well).
In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa and soda (mix together) add flour mix to butter and sugar mix.
Flour your hands. Take 1 Tbs of dough and form around rolo. (make sure dough is completely formed around the rolo in the shape of a ball and roll the ball in sugar).
Set oven at 375. Bake on an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cookies are slightly cracked and set
Cool on cookie sheets for a couple of minutes before removing.
