I bought this on Saturday and have to endorse it:


This is for diet-eers like me who can't give up good food. Seriously, it's the perfect cookbook! We didn't go with the accompanying pill because the lady at GNC said that her friends who just used the cookbook without the pill lost just as much, if not more, weight than those who did use it. It gives you good, balanced meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in generous portions, without cutting flavor, and comes complete with nutrition facts. The best part: there's a three-week meal schedule for every calorie range. I LOVE IT!

...okay, I lied, there's another best part: the meals are super fast to prepare. We're talking 15-20 minutes, people!
